Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel or reschedule a booking with Shiv Shakti Travels and Cab Services, and any charges that may apply.

How to Cancel

Cancel or reschedule a booking by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling +91 79909 51691 / +91 81407 16108, quoting your booking details. Cancelling directly with the driver alone may not be recorded on our system, so please also notify our office.

Local Trips (Airport, City, Corporate)

• Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup, or a driver arriving to an unreachable/no-show passenger, may attract a nominal charge to cover the driver's dispatch.

Outstation, Wedding & Tempo Traveller/Urbania Bookings

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a partial deduction from any advance paid, since a vehicle is blocked specifically for the trip.

Corporate Monthly Contracts

Cancellation or modification terms for monthly employee transport contracts are set out individually in the agreement with each corporate client.

Rescheduling

We're happy to reschedule a trip instead of cancelling wherever the vehicle and driver availability allows — just let us know as early as possible.
