These Terms & Conditions govern your use of taxiservicesinahmedabad.com and any taxi, outstation, corporate transport, Tempo Traveller or Urbania booking made with Shiv Shakti Travels and Cab Services.

About the Business

Shiv Shakti Travels and Cab Services is a GST registered, MSME registered and Udyam registered transport business, operating since 2018 from Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Bookings

• Bookings can be made through this website's forms, WhatsApp, phone or email. A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it directly, not automatically on form submission.
• Fares are confirmed before the trip based on vehicle type, distance, trip type, tolls, parking and waiting time, and may vary from any indicative figures discussed informally.
• Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation, especially for outstation and wedding-season bookings.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

Passengers are expected to follow standard safety instructions from the driver and refrain from actions that endanger the vehicle or other passengers. We reserve the right to decline or end a trip in cases of unsafe or abusive conduct.

Luggage and Belongings

Please check for personal belongings before leaving the vehicle. While our drivers take reasonable care, we recommend keeping valuables with you rather than in check-in luggage areas.

Vehicles

Trips may be fulfilled using our own owned fleet or a verified partner fleet vehicle of the same or equivalent category, depending on availability.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or force majeure events. Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the value of that specific booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
